Default Finally feeling some restriction

I had my lap band surgery in August and felt a little bit of restriction every once in a while but now I am really feeling it.. I got my 4th fill yesterday which put to 6 cc's in my band. My doctor told me I had a standard size band so I don't know how much it holds. He has been putting 1 1/2 cc's in every time I go. I have never had trouble eating anything but now I have to be so careful what I eat. Last night I was eating some meat and had to quit eating cause it hurt so bad going down and I slimmed really bad. My doctor told me yesterday to use smaller plates and to be sure to follow the guidelines of my band. I have not lost a large amount since my surgery but it has been my fault but I felt yesterday was a fresh start for me.. I plan on making this year my year to bring out a new me and win this battle of the bulge..
