I didn't realize it was so long before a bander got their first fill. I don't have that much willpower, so congrats to you.

Yes it can be a longer or shorter time depending on the surgeon !
My surgeons guide lines are actually 10 weeks !!!!!!!!!!

after the band is fitted .
But I called my dietician and explained I had No more restriction and all was being done with will power and I was worried I might get into old bad habits

So lucky me ! because of my good loss they will do it early WOOP WOOP

And had to share this of course ... was weighed in at clinic before fill and I hit my 40 pound loss today !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Feels like Im getting somewhere now .....
