Default Oh LAWSY that fill is tight! Check in Lap Banders!!!

Good grief!!! I'm glad though. Because I obviously have no concept of portion sizes or proper nutrition. Tonight I tried to eat a biscuit...yes, a real honest-to goodness buttery homemade from scratch (well, KFC's scratch) biscuit. And in about 10 seconds it came right back up!!! Not pleasant, but I'm honestly pleased.

I had 4.1 cc's as of the last fill (my 2nd) on Friday.

How are all the other lap-banders doing?

Default fill

I had my first fill almost 4 weeks ago. I feel great. I have my next visit on Wed. I'm eager to find out if I will have another fill or not. So far I have lost 13 pounds.

i know the feeling my first fill took me to 7 cc and I have not managed anything to stay down for two days, lets hope it eases. I have lost 45 pounds since august and so want to show the world I am ready to be thinner for good.
