Default Slip

I am new to LBT but am in desperate need of hearing others experiences. I was banded June 15, 2007. Had good steady weight loss. Last October my fill doctor said I had a small stretch. We have watched and taken all the fluid out, but there has been no improvement. So now she has decided it is a slip instead of just a stretch. My surgeon says he can repair it but thinks I should consider a revision. I do not want an RNY but might consider a sleeve. My first choice is a band. I have read of a lot of people having their band repositioned to only slip again later. Has anyone had a successful repositioning?

not seen anyone on here with repositioning- they are usually already pretty upset and get a revision...

good luck!
