Default Calories Consumed??

I have read that the average human stomach yeilds about six cups of food. And the new pouch will only hold about one cup, now... I eat until i am full so i assume that I am eating six cups of food at one time, so assuming that i eat everything I used to proportionally to account for the smaller stomach size, why is it that I will not lose 100% of the excess weight since I would then be consuming only one sixth of the calories?

Your smaller capacity isn't going to last forever. But assuming you have 100-130lb-ish excess weight, and you stick with the programme, you can lose all that by the 12-14 month mark.

Weightloss is more than just about eating less though, it's about making wise choices and come 6+ month out, it's a whole lot more difficult to stay on plan.
