Default Salsa??? Beans??? Ole'!!!

In the mushy Eggs phase of the eating program does anyone use salsa for flavoring??? How about refried beans?

All the time!!!! I never really liked salsa but now I do. Just make sure you puree the lumps. Refried beans with salsa, fat free cheddar and fat free sour cream - YUMMY!

Ditto - that was one of my big go-to's on the soft food stage! I still enjoy it occasionally now as well.
