Flintstones for kids will definitely NOT work. See this thread for a comparison of different vitamins.
Flintstones vs. Bariatric Vitamins. Now, I know a lot more about nutrition after a gastric bypass than I do about nutrition after a lap band. With the lap band, you don't have the malabsorption issues you have with gastric bypass. But I think vitamins are still pretty important. At the very least you need adult vitamins. Adults have different nutritional needs than kids, which is why kids vitamins won't work. Really, what I recommend is bariatric vitamins. I use Celebrate. If you go to their website, you can email them and they will send you free samples so you can see if you like them.

All doctors have different meal plans. I really recommend you call your doctor tomorrow and ask about what you should be eating and how much. I'm concerned that the doctor didn't go over that with you before your surgery. I had to go to a class at the surgeon's office where it was covered, then they went over it with me again before I was discharged from the hospital. Do you have a dietician? That would be a good person to call, too. If you don't have one, you need to get one, ASAP.
I don't know if benderized soups would be acceptible to your doctor or not. I was allowed cream soups as soon as I came home from the hospital. But some docs do not allow them that early. You need to ask your doctor. Call him first thing in the morning.
You said your protein has 25 grams per serving. Are you using just one serving per day? You really need more than that. 25 grams per serving is a good amount of protein in a supplement, you just need more than one serving per day, is what I mean.
