Default Protein

due to me not being able to stomach enough food during the day, my protein levels are somewhat low.

I see varying different types of protein availble on myprotein.co.uk but can't decide whihc type (not brad) is suitable for me.

Can anyone tell me what type of protein powder they consume please?

Regards

I really like Syntrax Nectar, its whey protein Isolate and you can mix it with water, its texture is like a thick juice.
Its 90 cals a glass which is a lot less than the milk based ones with 23g of protein. I usually have 2 glasses a day. Best thing is its carb and fat free.
The flavours I have are Carribean cooler, tastes like pina colada, and twisted cherry! Really the best tasting ones I have had!
Hope this helps x

Syntrax nectar also makes a roadside lemonade that isn't bad.

What I use most, though, is NutriBiotic. I use the vanilla in shakes, and add the unflavored to all sorts of things like chili, soups, stews, etc.

I wish the lovely vitalady shipped samples internationally. I'm in the UK but shall look for somewhere that can supply samples over my way.

You may find some individual companies that make protein powder might be willing to send you samples, if you email them and ask.
