Never heard of a sublingual iron.

But I can recommend carbonyl iron. It it highly effective in treating iron deficiency anemia and seems to cause the least tummy problems.

Celebrate do a decent tasting chewable: Bariatric Vitamins | Gastric Bypass Vitamins | Celebrate Bariatric Vitamins

And Bariatric Advantage: http://www.bariatricadvantage.com/ca...e%20%3A%20Iron

Both come with vitamin C to aid absorbtion.

Vitalady does some good iron supplements including a straight-up carbony iron tablet called "Tender Iron": Vitalady.com - Protein Supplements, Vitamins & Minerals and Safe Snacks!

Sundown is the one I use - you might have to hunt around for it or ask your pharmacy to get it in for you (or order online): Buy Sundown Perfect Iron as Carbonyl Iron tabs 200ct Online at drugstore.com

Iron and calcium need to be kept away from each other.

And that's another good reason for taking a multivitamin that doesn't contain iron too. That way you can take your multivitamin and calcium together, and throw in your B12 at the same time as well.
