Default what do you bring to work for lunch?

I am trying to find some easy things to bring to work. I am still on soft foods. Any good ideas??

Yogurt, SF Pudding, crystal light, WATER!!!! In the earlier stages. Now 7-8 weeks I bring 2 bananas ( in case I forget tuna), tuna and crackers w/ light mayo, yogurt, SF pudding, WATER!!!!

How about --
Low fat black refried beans and a little shredded cheese melted into yummy goodness.
Cream of Wheat made with 1% or skim milk (that's where the protein is).
Sugar free, fat free pudding (lemon is my favorite, but there's no protien in that).
If you have a Ralph's or Kroger grocery store - the CarbSmart Yogurt is really good and protien powder mixes in really well with that.

I'm sure there is a list of food somewhere else on the forum. Do a little searchng and see what comes up - or look in the recipe section?! Goodluck!

my big ones are cottage cheese, which i add sugar free preserves to, and chili with some sour cream and shredded cheese. Pretty easy and literally no prep time and both are pretty good sources of protein too...
