Default For that cereal crunch...just found this

Bear Naked Fit - vanilla almond crunch. all natural whole grain granola. Only 3 g of sugar!

For 1/4 cup:
120 calories - 25 from fat
Fat - 2.5 g
Total carbs 19 g (3g fiber/3g sugars)
Protein - 3 g

I'm gonna add this to yogurts. I got it at Walmart.

I saw that one, but haven't bought it. A lot of people on here swear by Kashi Honey Almond Flax, because of the low sugar/high protein it has. I have a box of that, but haven't tried it out yet.

I haven't tried Kashi's Honey Almond Flax either. I opted for the GoLean cereal instead as it had better better stats.

Lower calories, lower carbs and fat (although the flax one is good fat), lower sugar (12g would be pushing it for me), higher protein and dietary fiber.

Cereal and me go back a long way and it's one of those foods I seem to be able to just eat and eat with no problem so I have to be really strict with myself.

Here's what I bought recently. I've been adding it to my Greek yogurt.

It tastes like burnt Grape Nuts, but a 1/2 cup has 140 calories, and 25 grams of protein. Holy crap...that's a LOT of protein!

Sherry - is that anything like TVP?

I use Bob's Red Mill in my yogurt. 12g protein and 80 calories per 1/4 cup.

Corrine, I have a bag of the Bob's TVP, but I haven't tried it yet. This is made from all soy, so I'm thinking it's probably similar. Ounce per ounce though, mine has a bit less calories, and a tiny bit more protein...but I'd guess they're similar.
