Cereal and me go back a long way and it's one of those foods I seem to be able to just eat and eat with no problem so I have to be really strict with myself.
I purchased 2 bottles of flax seed oil and took it for 1 week before I discovered its the highest of the oils in ala, which is what I don't want.
Back to extra virgin olive oil for me.[ flax seed oil is, sat fat 9,monounsat 16. la 18, ala 57.]
This will drive your insulin level high.

Yes, at Walmart in the cereal aisle. I got this at a regular Walmart that didn't have a full grocery store, so it was near the cereal.

ALSO, I found it at my local grocery store in the organic food section, and they had more flavors, one being CHOCOLATE! It's delish and still very decent nutritional stats.

Do you have any problems eating the crunchy cereal with your band?
