Did you hate your powered protein lumpy?? I did. I found a simply way on making the powered protein smooth........................ Yeap, smooooooth.

The anwser is so easy..............Just put YOUR powered protein though a sifter (flour sifter) and magic to more lumbs in YOUR protein.

I was thinking about gravy, if you do not want it lumpy..............sift the flour. It work great for protein.

You could also just use a hand blender, that'd get rid of the lumps as well
