I mix it with milk...specifically 2%, and I drink a shake everyday. I only use half a serving of the powder, though, as a full serving has 50 grams of protein and from what I understand, our bodies can't absorb that much at one time. So half a serving has 25g protein, plus the 16 oz of milk I put it into has 16, for a grand total of 41, which works for me. I also squeeze in a little sugar free chocolate syrup as well and it tastes like melted ice cream. It's the best one I've found so far, and I owe it all to Whitney(coptergirl) for telling me about it!

You can also buy isopure pre-mixed fruit flavors that look/taste like gatorade. They have 160 calories and a whopping 40g of protein per bottle. The bottles cost like 3-4 dollars and are available individually and by the case at places like GNC or Vitamin Shoppe.

I also mix it with "milk" (Lactaid specifically since I am LI). One scoop actually has 25 grams of protein in it, and I do 1 1/2 scoops in 8 oz. of Lactaid and sip it through the morning. And BAM - 45 grams of protein taken in

The Dutch Chocolate is my favourite of all the protein drinks but I have it with water. I haven't been able to tolerate any of the protein drinks mixed with milk. Like Mike and Whitney, I only use one scoop at a time.
I tried a sample first then bought a 7.5lb container from eBay for $68.00 (including shipping). http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=110207633891
Apart from being the best tasting IMHO, I love the additional vitamins/minerals.

muscleshop.com
I tried the premixed drink, the peach mango was ok, but the fruit punch was disgusting. Also very expensive in bottle form I paid over $4 for one serving. My trainer though gave me this site that is muscleshop.com and you can get a huge bucket of the "milkshake variety" for about half the cost of GNC. I have not tired those flavors yet, I went with the Anyweigh powder this time and i am liking it because I can mix it with hot food, sauces, cold foods, water, crystal light, or make a shake.

Thanks!
Thanks for the great advice everyone! I do not like milk, and I tried some of the powder. I did not tolerate well...maybe I need to practice mind over matter! I bought some of the Isopure "gaterade" type drinks yesterday. I bought a case of the apple melon. I haven't tried it yet but I plan to today! I'll let you know how I tolerate it! You all are awesome..thanks again!
