Default black bean and potato soup

For Trina, and anyone else who wants it:

Black Bean and Potato Soup

6 Cups Beef Broth
2 16oz cans of black beans, drained
2-3 large potatoes, diced
1/2 lb cooked ham, cut into pieces
(I get the 12oz package of diced ham and just toss it in there!)
1 4oz can chopped jalepeno peppers or mild chili peppers (I throw in 1 can of each)
1/4 cup dried chopped onions (I use a real onion)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground thyme leaves
1 tsp ground oregano leaves
1/8 tsp ground cloves
Sour cream and chopped tomatoes for garnish

In Crock Pot, combine all ingredients except for sour cream and chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or on High for 4-5 hours. Garnish with sour cream and chopped tomatoes, if desired.
Sorry for the bad scan job...but I wanted you to see the photo....

Any idea what the carb count or protien count would be for this, per serving size?

This sounds yummy. I'm a big fan of anything that I can throw in the crockpot.
