I just bought some of these and have them in my freezer. I'm glad they're good. I also bought some lean pocket breakfasts=they are good also. I am in pretty much of a slump for breakfast-usually having a protein shake or a Zone Perfect Bar-I know they have too much sugar alcohol for some-but they sit well with me.

Default lean pockets

I also eat the lean breakfast pockets pretty much every morning. They are just the right size and taste really good. I will have to try the boco one's for a variety.

Elaine: I'm going to check out those Boca breakfast thingies - I'm SO in a slump with breakfast - never liked it - still don't like it. Eggs are a problem for me, and so is milk - doesn't leave much else that's good for me. I like bacon, but can't make it every day, and I'm sure after a week of that, I'd be sick of it too.

Anyone else have any good breakfast ideas?

Check out the wraps...I think you'll be pleased! The Boca and the South Beach ones are both really good! I eat one pretty much every work day. Sat/Sun I usually buy the GoLean waffles or the french toast and have it w/spray butter and sugar free syrup. Sometimes I will have 1/2 a bagel w/cream cheese. Yummy! I'm getting hungry just typing this!!! This past Sunday I took 2 slices of bread, toasted them, then fried an egg, put some ff mayo on the toast w/a little bit of ketchup, and had a nice sandwich! It was awesome!!! Well, all this talk of food has left me wanting a snack!

Default Breakfast is tricky for me...

sometimes I can handle it but mostly the morning nausea doens't go away until around 10ish....

Then I eat a cheese stick, 1/4 cup of blueberries and cup of coffee with protein powder and dry milk....

Yesterday I had 1/4 of a bagle with cream cheese, slice of tomato and crispy bacon.... heaven.

Dry cereal works as a great snack for me over the morning period...couple bites here and there...grazing is BAD BAD BAD for most of you so don't do it! I can only doit because the doc said I needed it to get my food in everyday.

you and I think way too much alike....

had some news from the surgeon today, I think I have your email I'll send it to you. I spent like an hour typing to my sibs and family to let them know what's up..

All I can say is be thankful all you have is the acid issues... I'm dizzy from all the choices I had to make today!

People can be a little closed-minded about breakfast sometimes, thinking it has to be cereal or toast or fruit or eggs whatever is traditionally in a breakfast.

Lately while dieting I've been having everything from lightly-cooked vegetables soaked in cup-a-soup, to a tin of tuna (Trying to get away from having cereals every day), and it's opened up a whole new realm of possibilites. Admittedly I haven't had surgery so I have more options anyway, but the point is, when you're figuring out what to have for brekkie, you don't have limit your choice to things that are traditionally morning foods.
