Default GoLean waffles

FYI-I tried the GoLean frozen blueberry waffles this morning. I had 2..with spray butter and sf syrup...it was yummy.
Nutrition info...in 2 waffles.....170 calories
3g fat
300 mg sodium
130 mg potassium
33 g carbs
6g fiber
4g sugar
8g protein
I'm not sure if it would be a good choice for some...with the carbs. I still eat carbs...I try not go get crazy...but I have to have some or I feel spooky....

I love Waffles...With enough surup they just melt away in my mouth...thus something I can tolerate.I will have to check those out...are they reg sized?I can only eat about three dollar sized waffles.

Love them!

The sf Mrs. Butterworth's syrup is deee-licious! My kids haven't even noticed that they're not eating all that sugar!
