Hi all ,

My name is louise i'm from wales in england married with 2 beautiful children , i have just been approved a bypass by my nhs surgeons just waiting for funding after a long battle with my weight which has tortured me all my life , right from infants through to secondry school .

My current weight is 300lb i did the atkins diet 2 years ago and lost 9 stone in 4 months and also damaged my reflux at the same time due to being sick from eating and the extreme weight lose going to my head and controling my life .

Would love to get to know some people in the same position as me .

I'm in the UK also, London, England. Like you i'm waiting to have my surgery on the NHS at Kings College Hospital. I'm also scheduled to have th Vertical Sleeve Gasrectomy, and i'm just keen to get my sleeve and be done with. Welcome to TT, and hope you have an easier journey than you have so far.
