I have just committed to R & Y surgery in South Africa. My programme starts tomorrow with a prep diet for 3 months. Although nervous I am excited and looking forward to starting tomorrow

I wish you so much success and good health through all of this. I have to get my surgery through the military hospital so they do things a little slower, more drawn out. I WISH I could get it done on the outside, but it is what it is. I'm envious that you are so close :-) Best of luck to you Derek!
