Hello everyone! My name is Sara and soon I will begin my RNY journey! Just wanted to get to know everyone...and I did have a question...I noticed that several people have had surgeries after their RNY, such as gallbladder and emergency such and such...is this because of the RNY??

When are you scheduled for your surgery? I've just started the procedure...attended a seminar last week and tomorrow I have my first consultation.

hiya, welcome onboard! you should be able to find ALLLLLL sorts of info on here about WLS and what comes before, during, and after. i sometimes overwhelm myself with all the info i try to ingest while i am on here! LOL

i'm at the beginning of my journey as well. my group informational meeting is the 16th...which seems to be taking FOREVER to get here! LOL
