I had my first educational seminar last night and know more than ever that this is the right choice for me. I cannot wait for the call from my surgen so I can keep moving forward. I went through this whole process last year and was approved for lap band. But after losing on my own did not have the processjure. But I know now that I need the extra help. I gained it all back soon after I lost it. So a year later I am starting the process all over again. The good thing is all I have to do for my insurance to reapprove me is the phycslogical and nutritional.

I have only gone through the process the one time and once the ball got rolling it was pretty smooth sailing. I went from initial consultation to surgery in 5 months. But a few yrs back I had lost over a hundred on my own...once most of it crept back on and my type 2 diabetes was back and worse I knew it was time.
