Roxy,

You should probably post your questions in the Post Op GB forum, since many people won't think to look here for it. There's even a special "pregnancy" subforum there.

Best of luck to you.

You definitely do need nourishment for the baby. Have you talked to a dietician about what and how much you should be eating now? If not, I encourage you to do so. Also, if you are struggling with bulimia, you need to see a therapist who deal with eating disorders.

I have heard that oatmeal & yogurt are "slider foods" meaning they go thru much quicker which could make you feel hungry faster. Try eating eggs or something instead of the oatmeal. You really should talk to someone about the bulimia its not a good thing to have it or think you have it, and now that you are having a baby you need/have to eat. You want to make sure that your baby is healthy. I know how scary its to be pregnant & see the scale going up. I worried about it also but I knew it was for the health of my baby. I gained 23lbs & lost it right away, so you more then likelywon't get "fat". Please just remember that you need to eat for your little girl, and worry about the weight gain after she is here. Good luck!! When are you due???

Roxy, I'm glad you were able to eat yesterday, but I'm concerned that you're not getting enough protein. Are you doing any protein shakes? Because three hard boiled eggs is only about 18 grams of protein, plus whatever was in your seafood salad. But you need at LEAST 60 grams of protein per day, probably more at this point.

I was thinking the same thing. Plus the fact that the baby needs more nutrients then that.
Roxy,
I really think that you sould talk to your OB. They should be able to give you a food guide & let you know what is the best and healthiest foods for you and your baby.
