TJ, thanks for the info on your appt. I found your comment about one calorie away from 414, very interesting. I am glad you added that comment. I know I am not far out, (about 6 weeks) but now that I'm back on most regular foods I find that sometimes when I eat a bite of something that before I could not control my portions on, I panic. So you are close to a year out and you still find that you were worrying? Can you share what he said that gave you a neew relaxed feeling? Your weight loss is amazing and you are so far from your starting point!

Yea he showed excitement for my weight loss and reassured me that I haven't stretched my pouch and that I am on-track. I stress my self everyday that I have stretched my pouch and that I will be one of the people who put their weight back on. I find that every person i meet who finds out I have had wls likes to remind me that people put the weight back on, and sometimes I let the get in the front of my mind.

When I went in for my six month app. it was a lady I have never seen before and when she saw my results she said "your doing o.k. I guess and even though I know there are people doing better than me I still thought I would get a better response. She just didn't try to connect on a personal level with me and my results. I was just a patient who has had a surgery and thats it. So after seeing Dr. Boone and getting the personal feeling from him it just eased my mind a little.

Hello to both of you in the Fresno area...I am new to this and I am six weeks post op....I'm having a hard time motivating myself to get to the gym and I'm wondering if either of you are having the same problem

Sorry for the delay. I am a gym freak so I don't have a hard time with it at all. I find that I have a hard time not going to the gym on the weekends and giving my body rest. You will get there too when you start seeing big result. Good luck.
