well - had my first post-op visit today. Officially lost 4 lbs from my pre-surgery weight. As long as the # is going down, it's great news to me! I feel really, really good and am looking forward to the next couple of weeks!

Nearly 16 TEN pound bowling balls down... OMG, let me pinch myself!

I don't want to know how much I have left to lose -- I find it encouraging to see how far I've come!
