I had lapband 5 years ago and still going strong. One thing you can never get enough of is support....even after all this time. You still need it.

Thank you. I hope to inspire others. I started at 260lbs 5 years ago. Now I'm about 152..but I want to get that down to 145 where I feel more comfortable. :-) It goes up and down...but that's where I am and I'm 5'7 so I'm pretty tall.

Hi Flab2fabdiva,

I just wanted to say you look great..I am around the same size you were when you started out..(5'7)( 275pds)What tips can you give me to be successful with lap band..At this point i have not made up my mind between the lap band and LAP RNY. I was leaning more toward the LAP RNY because the results that i hav seen so far also because I have alot to lose.But now that i saw your results i am still thinking hard..But i know i have to decide what is best for me.
