Yes the Real life stories .. good and bad are the best !
I joined TT last march as soon as I was referred from my Gp ..
I had done lots of research beforehand so I knew I really needed some kind of wls ....
I wasnt even offered Rny .... But I was very happy to go with the band !
TT and the members even though 90% are Rny patients and american gave me great advice , support and knowledge .
I have made some great buddies across the pond and I will be forever grateful to this site and members .


Its amazing what u can learn off here ....

first fill 24.11.08 =6.5cc

Second fill 29.01.09=1 ml

10ml band filled to 7.5 ml ....

I love my band ! 5 stone gone thats 70 pounds

Awaiting third much needed fill ......

Yes me too, i have recently got married so i would like to start a family in the near future but the wls comes first

Awwww congrats !!!! Yes get yourself all healthy and fit then u can really enjoy motherhood ....

I have an 8 year old and since my weight loss I have so much more energy and even got a bike so we can go out riding together ....(havent had a bike since I was 10) ... scared my ass wud drag on the floor over the saddle

Wls can get us back sooooo many things ....

Thanks hun, I know what you mean i can't even ride a bike and would love to learn but always be to large to even attempt it
