It's definately a time of mixed emotions. Just try and stay focussed on your ultimate goal.

Welcome to TT.

I was desperate to have it over with and start my new life... those were my only emotions. I think it had to do with the fact that I was 352 going on 400.

Everyone seems to be in a different place prior to surgery. I found my 'happy place' with the support of those I met who had the surgery and didn't regret it.

If I would give advice about this, it would be not to think about it too much and be true to why you began this journey and what you want your outcome to be. Like Corrine said, "...Stay focused..." Keep to that 'happy place', be as stressless as you possibly can be, and just wait it out (I know, waiting isn't stress free).

All the best,

Day 188: Century Club - 100 lbs down
Day 366: 1 Year - 146 lbs down
Day 396: One-derland - 153 lbs gone forever! (my pic progression)

Starting BMI: 60.4 / Current BMI: 33.6

Nearly 16 TEN pound bowling balls down... OMG, let me pinch myself!

I don't want to know how much I have left to lose -- I find it encouraging to see how far I've come!
