I'm almost 2 months post op and I'm having a hell of a time trying to get my protein intake. I've tried several shakes, first with skim milk then with lactaid, all failed attempts. I can't stand the consistency, and I feel nauseated after. I've also tried new whey, still no luck. Any suggestions? I'm afraid if I don't find something soon I'm going to start losing muscle mass, and worst of all, my hair!

My doc said I just had to keep trying until I found something that worked for me. Any helpful tips would be appreciated. By the way, I'm down about 37 lbs!
