Smile Hi from germany

Hi all, i have just found this site while trying to find a trouble shooting site. I live in Germany as my hubby is British military and had my op with Dr Dillemans in May of 06. OK....confession time....i then forgot all about it and carried on a normal until 3 days ago when i finally pulled my finger out and drove the 850 miles back to the hospital to get a fill. OMG........i had 2.5 put in and am now in pain!! Anything i drink is agony, i feel like i am full of gas and that i have a small child sitting on my gut!!!!...i have a feeling that the band has been overfilled but there is no way i am doing that drive again to have some removed.......i will carry on popping my multi vitamins and a litre of water a day which is all i can manage at the moment and hopefully this feeling will eventually pass. Oh well.......cheers for the winge......lol

it really sounds like you have been overfilled. if you stay overfilled you run the risk of band slippage. if your band slips then you will have to have surgery. i know you don't want to make that drive but you really should. you can't live on water and vitamins forever. good luck
