I have just found this site whilst trying to pass the time untill I can have my breakfast, I am on my 2 week pre-op diet and really hungry all the time but determind to stick to everything that my surgeon has recommended.My Op is on July 26th and I am really excited and can't wait to get it done. I have previously lost 6 stone and put it all back on and a bit more besides so really want this.I am glad I have found this site I have enjoyed reading everyones posts and has really encourged me

You are like me up early for me the best way to make sure I have a list of house work 5 mins jobs to do every morning that way I get into a routine and then eat, I also walk my dog before I eat and then I have started the weight loss boost before I eat.

what are you having done? I had my band last August 07 and up to now have lost nealry 8st and feel wonderful in myself this will be you soon and then you will wonder how you ever felt there was time to kill.

congratulations on your weight loss I hope I will be able to say the same this time next year
