Talking Hi everyone!!!

I don't really know where to start exactly...

I'm Kimmie, a mom to 3 beautiful children. My girls are 17 and 14 years old.
and my son is going to be 5 in August. I gained alot of weight with my pregnancies, but lost it fast with my girls. However with my son, I gained alot and kept it. I weigh more now than when I had him. I was diagnosed as having hypothyroidism right after I had him and then a few months ago I was told, after not taking my med's for a couple months, that my levels were normal. My new DR. says I became "hypo" during my pregnancy. I am now not considered as having thyroid problems.

So now I am dedicated to learning more about becoming "thinner" and much, much healthier!

SO any advice, suggestions, or what have you...would be greatly appreciated as this is SO overwhelming! I don't know where to start.

I love making new friends!

Kimmie

Default Welcome aboard Kimmie!!

Hi Sweetie,

I am glad that you are reaching out for friends and we all welcome you here. There are other's that can give you better advice than I can since I have only been an active member for a short time. If I can help you with anything just message me and I am more than happy to try to help you...
Hugz,

Hey girl, this is primarily a weight loss surgery site, but many of us can help you if you want to lose weight on your own. We're all able to do that.. it's just keeping it off that's the hard part!
