How did your surgery go? Hope you are doing good and enjoying being on the loser side. Debs

Hi Debs,

Thanks for asking about me. I'm starting to feel human again, but still sore and tired. And I'm very *itchy...I'm snapping at DH and DS all of the time. Heck, I'm even saying mean things to my beloved cats. The food thing is going good, except for running to the bathroom with diarrhea. Ick. I had a bit of a rough time in the hospital, but nothing life threatening. I wrote a long post about it on the Post-Op board a few days ago.

It's very nice of you to ask about me...I feel special!

Thanks for the update. I just received a call and all my pre op tests came back good and I will be getting my surgery date soon. She said I will be having it either July or August. Hopefully August now, since my daughter is expecting a baby in July and Grandma just has to be there. Hopefully each day will bring less pain and more movement on the scale for you. Debs

That's great about your pre-op tests. Yes, Grandma definitely needs to be there for the baby's birth...that's a darn good reason to postpone surgery for a month.
