Thumbs up Hello

this is a new thing for me, i had my sugery on feb.27th. I am doing well so far. I weighed 350lbs. in Jan., now this morning i weighed 260lbs. i had the Rny surgery. i would do it all over again. some days i am sad because i can't enjoy food, but i got rid of type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol. That was worth everything that i have been through..

Hey there, welcome to the forum.
Glad to read that you are doing well with the surgery and congrats on the pounds lost. Sounds like you are doing great. Keep up the good work! Don't be so sad about the food part...it's just food...and we all go through that "mourning" phase. We can still enjoy it but in smaller portions. Chew your food well and enjoy every morsel, that's what I do.
