Default Hello everyone!

Hello, I am new to this forum and looking for others who have been where I am now.

I am 6 weeks post surgery on Monday, May 12th, and I have lost so far 61 lbs. I started at 349, am now at 288. I have been amazed at the results so far. I know soon here things really slow down, but I look forward to keeping up the weight loss.

I had the RNY procedure done. I have been walking a mile everyday so far for the last 2 weeks. I am hoping to increase it a bit this week.

How does this compare to what others have experienced? Is this normal? Am I going too slow? Too fast?

Would love to hear from people!

Wendy

"too fast"... I doubt it... but I am jealous!

I am more than 3 months post op and 'only' lost 71 lbs... you're going like gangbusters...

Welcome to TT!

You are doing great!!

Everyone loses differently depending on several factors. But just keep on keeping on. You are making amazing progress.
