Welcome to the TT forum Melony. Good to hear you are feeling better on the second day than you were the day before this is always a good sign. I dont have the band, however I think it is definately a tool that can lead you to the goals you are looking to achieve for yourself and I know that by coming here you will receive support, answers and caring people.

All the best to you.

Default How are you doing now?

Now that you are on your way to week two, how are you doing? Are you getting your liquid in? Are you still sore? Hope all is well....
