Just a refresher - ThinnerTimes

Hello Everyone
It has been a few months since I have posted anything, in fact my first and only post was just me saying hello to everyone back in Nov. Well it is now May, and I have moved along even father towards a new healthy life. I have been approved so far, and what I mean by that is, I have passed my health appraisal, and now I am attending my nutrition classes. The class that I went to yesterday is only my 2nd class, and I have only 22 left to go. But that is ok, because I am getting all the information and knowledge that I am going to need come time of my surgery. I have been told that I will need to lose about 32 lbs before Oct 2nd and that is ok because I know that I can do it.

I am so glad that I was able to find this group! From what I have read you are all great for the moral support that I know that I am going to need in the weeks to come.

Yvonne, keep up with your positive attitude, this will be the best support you can give to yourself along with family, friends and the forum here. You sound secure with where you want to be and with the process you are going through and that is part of having success on this incredible journey to a new life.
