Default Hi All!

Just wanted to step in and intriduce myself also. My Gastric Bypass surgery is this Thursday at 7:15 AM !! I just watched the 60 Minutes report on Gastric Bypas and found myself getting very excited! I am 237 now at 5'7" and really look forward to getting off of some of my medications. I have done a lot of reading on your posts - was concerned about sleeping and got some answers on that. Thanks for all of your posts. - Jacque

I am 5 months post-op and I have "lost" my sleep apnea, my diabetes, and my high BP. Ok along with these things I have also lost some weight. Hang in there, it only gets better!!

Hello Jacque and welcome to TT and its great supportive capabilities.
The 60 minutes program was great and so many positive things that hopefully can take away some of the fears of people and allow them to go forward to find the new life they deserve.
Looking forward to reading more from you in the future on your path to a new and wonderful life.
All the best to you.
