Smile 1mo 15 days post op

Hello all,
My name is Soli
My operation was 1mo and 15 days ago.
My wt on day of operation was 237.
Today I wt in at 202 this is amazing I have been over wt my whole life and have always had a hungery beast screeming to eat more!
I think that this is the first time I have ever felt full maybe the first time I know what full feels like! I now feel like the beast has lost its head and at last I will be able to work on the rest of my life.
My Hubby and I both had the operation and our children are suporting our choices.
He has lost over 100 lb Im so very proud of him and all the tender care he has given me in my transision.

Congratulations on your "new" life...post-up! You'll do as well as your hubby...just don't compare, 'cause men always lose weight so much faster than us! Stupid men...

Keep up the great weight loss and glad to hear that the hunger beast has been put to rest!

Smile Thank you

You are right!!
Comparing myself to him is a big no no!!!!
He can eat almost anything, no dumping and no pain. lol
I on the other hand cant seem to eat any thing solid.
If I drink to fast watch out here comes the pain and the wet burps EWWWW. My Dr said I needed to remember that Im like a infant and to not rush myself . With this new life I feel so much better! My Dr Sbasta is surely a godsend to this once lost soul .

You are doing awesome. You just need to slow down and let your body catch up. To much, to fast is not a good thing.
