Hi there,

My name is Donna and I just went to my WLS Seminar last night. I'm just at the begining of my journey. I hope it all goes good. I'm looking forward to reading your posts and getting some advise along the way. Thank you in advance for all your support.

Hi Donna and welcome to the forum. You've taken the first step in what can be a life changing experience. It's a big decision but it can also be the best gift you have ever given yourself. Settle in and ask questions. There are people with tons of knowledge here who love to help.

Default Welcome

Welcome Donna, good to have you arrive on your journey to a great new life.
You are definately giving yourself the best gift you will ever have received and the best thing it is coming from choices that you have made. Which in my opinion is the best person to give a gift, says that we are taking care of an important person that we may have neglected in the past.
All the best on your journey forward.

Welcome to TT.. I've found so much wonderful information here.. .. please do go to the pre-op side of the forum and look for the "sticky" threads there at the top of the forum lists.

Gwen has complied a list of the best of the best for pre-oppers.. some fabulous information there and often you'll find the question you want to ask has already been answered. I didn't find this place until after my surgery, but read a lot of them anyway, and it was still helpful information.
