Welcome to TT.
This is a great forum, I learn something new everyday. That is great news, congrats. I, however, am still jumping thru the hoops.

Cool advice, direction, suggestions from a soon to be Lap Band patient

Hi!
I am at the end of my rope with going up and down weight wise. I weigh the most I have ever weighed. I will be attending the Lap Band seminar and would love to hear from those of you who have had this procedure done and where you're at today. My family is not being supportive about doing any kind of weight loss surgery because they think I can do it "on my own". I feel like , I know what I need to do, but I'm unable to get myself to do it.
I do like to walk and consider myself some what active. However, I am an emotional eater for sure. After years and years of yo yo-ing I'm still trying to fill the emptiness.
Well, I look forward to hearing back...
Thanks,
Miriam
