Make sure you and your docs have all of your i's dotted and your t's crossed before paperwork is sent in to insurance for approval. That was stressed to me time and time again. It took my docs office an extra couple of weeks but my approval was within the same week insurance received the paperwork. Good luck with your journey.

Welcome! It's great to meet you!!!

I think the best advice is to read a lot of the posts here. There is probably an example here on the forum of just about everything you could possibly go through. As you read more, you will get more specific questions and then you will get lots of responses too.

Best wishes!
-Mike-

Welcome Kitty, I'm in my first stages of working toward surgery too. Be patient and take one step at a time. You will learn a lot by reading the thread, it keeps you informed.

I am in your neck of the woods. Or to be more accurate the Valley. Any way I am also in the initial phases of getting approved for WLS. I have found the posts on here very informative and it is always great to have a place were you can post any question and people will try to answer you the best they can.
