Smile One Week Done

Had surgery one week ago, still pretty black and blue, getting a little hungry
but have remained strong to liquid diet, cant weight for the fill and see how this really works...

Congrats on your decision to have lap-band! When do you go in for fills? When I was looking into getting the band I thought you have to wait 6 weeks before a fill...but not sure!

Keep us all updated on your progress during your weight loss journey!

Thnk-you all for the well wishes, I will have to play with this and learn how to reply one on one but for now I a newbee, I will will report in when I have my first check up this Friday..Its very encouraging to see how well everyone out there is doing I hope to be added to the big losers club too
