Well I am on week three of the liquid diet and I am down 8.6 pounds and I have 7.9 pounds to go. My pre-op appointment is on March 4 and I hope that I make weight. I would like to lose more than the 20 pounds so that just in case my friend for the month comes during my pre-op appointment.

The drinks really are not that bad and I feel full. I have been working out at the gym just about every other day, but with only three weeks until my pre-op appointment I am trying to go every day.
