Exclamation new, not much time to prepare!

Hello all! I am a 21 year old college student getting ready to have gastric bypass on December 6th... yeah it's coming up pretty quick and I have only been thinking about it for a few weeks. I'm getting the surgery for a reflux issue, but I am overweight so the weight loss is like a side effect for me, a nice one! Anyways... I don't have a lot of time to prepare myself mentally and I am hoping to learn a lot with this forum. Nice to meet y'all!

Lindsey

Welcome on board Lindsey!
My op is the day before yours and like you I have had only 4 weeks to prepare!
Look at entries on the pre-op forum - I am sure you'll get good advice there. One of the entries there is by LisaM, worth its weight in gold!
Good luck and let us know how you are doing. I only joined TTF last week!
Cheers
