HI! I just "found" this forum! It looks great.

I am almost 1 year post-OP, and things have gone well. BUT, I am have gained some weight, and I am very concerned. I was happy to see a forum for folks that are post-OP, as well as those who are thinking about WLS, and or have just had it. It is a life-long decision....

Hi! And welcome to the TT forum!

I am slowing down a bit now, and I have gone back to the basics - doing away with carbs, mostly, and increasing protein. I start my day with a yogurt smoothie (lite), throw in half a banana and vanilla protein powder. It doesn't make that much (an easy drink), and it is a LOT of protein. I am starting to lose again! Hope this helps!

I think that part of my issue is that I have done SOOOO well. I can eat anyting! Funny you mentioned the shakes....I just started the shakes again this morning. AND - I need to cut out the carbs....
