I just wanted to introduce myself to the group. I've been checking out this website for about a month and found it very informative. Today is my 40th birthday and the first day of the rest of my life. I'm also scheduled to attend my first informative session with my Bariatric Surgeon this evening. Everyone God Bless, stay focused and remain solid.
