hi all
just found the site im Joanne from skegness uk . i was banded on the 14th may 07 Ive lost 29lb so far but at the min i dont have any restriction and Ive dropped into old habits and comfort eating has things have changed at home and martins now out most nights with work and i keep eating s**t even when im not hungry help is needed and a big kick up the back side or locks on all the kitchen cupboards . i have my 3rd fill on the 29th sept 07 and im hopein that will get my head back in gear

Hey Joanne!

Hang in there you know it's only your head telling you want these things you really don't want them. If you can beat your mind sabotaging you everything will come together! Try to hold on and stick to it, this is all for you and you deserve to get to your goal! If you need anything just yell I can try to remind you why you went through it all in the first place!

Welcome, Joanne!

A suggestion; Make a list the night before of exactly what you will eat the next day, including snacks. And then follow it to the letter. Focus on protein, and drink a lot of water.

And one little snack that has saved me on more than one occasion is a sugar free fudgicle.
