Another Canadian...welcome. There are a handful of us here from BC/Alberta and yes the wait times are unreal. Get your name on Farries and Nohr's list as soon as possible. There is Birch in Edmonton too, but not sure if he is doing RNY.

Thanxs guys for thew welcome! and the advice! ceecee wow almost 100 lbs in 6 months did i read that right? Lisa wtg but iam a bit confused u were 314 and now 152 wow half the person you were but now ur goal is 180? or was that before you did so good. wow to be skinny again . Again LOL was so long ago Ive forgotten what skinny is like I was a kid for heaven sakes. I'am hoping for farries as Iam in Reddeer so that would be perfect with kids and work and all. Edmonton is 1.5 hrs away and the hat is 4 hrs almost. But I guess you do what you gotta do so wish me luck all. thanxs again! Dontrepeatme we can start this journey together good luck with the drs and such. iam 35yrs 5'5 275 so well over 100 to lose. although anything below 200 looks pretty good right now. lol!

you read right. so my goal was 180 and size 18/16. my body decided to keep loosing, so i went with it. i was 180 in high school and a swimmer so i thought it was a good weight for me. i am a size 10 now......something that is hard to believe. yup, lost more than 1/2 of me. if you want to know more about i have been through, i have a story under personal stories-lisa's story...as many others too.
farries you will have to wait till next may to try and get in....he takes apts. one time a year. daisy is a patient of his.

I heard he books surgurys in may for the year but he'd still see paients right? well i'll have to wait and see i guess.
