A PRE-op newbie!
Hi all,
I am heading to belgium in December for Gastric bypass surgery, any and all advice welcome

yay finally post op! had my big day 12/14/07 and am still feeling really good right now healing up well and staples are gone.
Start weight 24stone (336 pounds) was at 22st 10Lbs (309 pounds) at time of surgery.
28/12/07 -21lbs yay! (288 pounds)
Life is short so live well and never forget that if something is really meant for you, it will not pass you by.
Dr. Dillemans is cool!

I don't have a date for my surgery yet... hopefully Nov... we'll see!

had my op in May at St Jans in brugge!!! you'll do great if you think of ANY question even if you think its odd just ask away
PS DR D was up tp 8,000 patients when he did me so he's a pro

My my Dr Dillemans has been busy - he was up to just under 6000 when he did me!

Thank you all for your posts, i'm delighted to hear from people who have actually been to brugge and been operated on by Dr. Dillemans! this is great, its also nice to talk to other irish people and people from this side of the world too!
