Good luck with your surgery! Anytime you go in for a major procedure it can be nerve wracking, but just think how great you'll feel in a few months time.

Big welcome from me in the PNW too.

Got to say - your post title really perked me up and I've decided that what's lacking in my life is some serious attitude!

A big howdy from Texas to you, Haubrics!

It's so normal to be nervous, but I knew you were so ready when you SAID you were so ready.

It is a miraculous experience, but not without some little bumps here and there. In this forum you have the opportunity to LIVE your experiences, as many of them as you would like - and there will be a LOT, I promise you.

I am four months out, and have lost 66 lbs. I have 44 to go.

I am so glad I made this decision - it has changed my life in many ways, including much improved health.

Hold on! The ride is a wild one!
